Welcome to the online home of the International Women's Air & Space Museum. Located at Burke Lakefront Airport, in Cleveland Ohio, the museum is a repository of information about women in aviation and space. BREAKING NEWS... On June 29th NASA selected its latest group of astronauts who will begin training in August. Of the nine selected, three are women. They are: Serena Aunon, a 33 year old University of Texas Medical Branch flight surgeon for NASA's Space Shuttle; Jeanette Epps, a 38 year old  technical intelligence officer with the Central Intelligence Agency and Kathleen Rubins, a 30 year old principal investigator and fellow at MIT.

Click Here to follow Canadian astronaut Julie Payette's STS-127 Endeavor mission at the Canadian Space Agency's website.  Payette also has a journal about her flight there.  She was slated to launch on June 13, 2009. The flight has been rescheduled for July 11, 2009.
